Resonance is a natural phenomenon common to everything in creation and it affects every detail of the quality of life you experience. You exist in fields of resonance.

What you resonate with, or are set vibrating by, are frequencies or pulsations. Everything radiates a frequency and has the capacity to set a similar frequency vibrating. Thoughts, feelings, organs, cells all have a specific frequency.

Life experiences shape beliefs, regardless of if they are coherent (energizing) or non-coherent (de-energizing).

Unconscious beliefs create what you experience through resonance, you are either a vibrational match for your desired experience or you are not.

Many of your beliefs were not consciously chosen by you, they were directly downloaded to you before the age of 7 through observing those around you such as, your family, friends and society.

Some of those beliefs may not be supportive to the life that you are choosing to create.

You are not consciously aware of many of those beliefs. They show up in many forms, such as resistance, fear, anxiety, defeatism and others. Identifying unconscious patterns can be frustrating because many people don't know where to begin unraveling these unconscious patterns. Luckily, I have been there, I have done that and I know a short cut, are you ready to free yourself from unconscious patterns that limit your joy, well-being, love and success.
